Welcome to the Keeping Balance Method App, by Fitness Nurse & Women’s Fitness Specialist Courtney Babilya. Train at home or in the gym and experience the KBM approach to cyclical fitness - on-demand workouts that help you feel energized, get stronger, and reach your goals by training in accordance with the phases of your menstrual cycle.

KBM’s evidence-based programming works in tandem with the natural fluctuations women experience during their 28-day hormonal cycle. This makes for a workout structure that is challenging, engaging, and sustainable, as they are uniquely designed to work with your body’s changing physiology throughout the month.

HOW TO JOIN AND ACCESS KBM

KBM makes cyclical fitness simple with easy-to-follow workouts that accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.

After you download the app and get started for free with the KBM Fundamentals Course, choose one (or both) of the following options:

  1. WORK OUT ON DEMAND - join the monthly Membership for $19.99/month. Gain instant access to The Cyclical Workout Vaults for ultimate control over your fitness experience. Simply log in, head to the Vault that aligns with your menstrual phase, and get started with a workout that meets YOU where you’re at. Choose between Build, Peak, Steady, and Ease.
  2. FOLLOW A PROGRAM - join Unstoppable for a one-time fee of $199. This 12-week cyclical strength training program utilizes progressive overload to maximize your potential and take out any guesswork.

FEATURES:

Once you’re in your chosen Workout Vault, tap into workouts designed by Courtney and backed by science, organized into various categories like Strength Training Workouts, Hybrid Workouts, HIIT Workouts, Mobility Workouts, Stability Workouts, and even running workouts!

TRAIN YOUR WAY - choose workouts that align with the equipment you have available: dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, or no equipment at all! Most workouts inside the Membership can be completed in 30 minutes or less.

GUIDED MOVEMENT

Whether you’re following along with Courtney in real time during a HIIT workout or going at your own pace during a strength session, all workouts come with videos of every movement + a timer to track your given rest periods.

By signing up, you will get access to subscription(s) that include features such as progress tracking and offline sync.

The download of Keeping Balance Method is free of charge. Should you use Keeping Balance Method to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
